I went for a walk/run on the 4/9 at about 7am – from the port to the Waterfront. I was lucky enough to see a double rainbow over Cape Town. Visible is Tabletop Mountain and Lions Head Moutnain. People climb up Tabletop Mountain on clear days to get a spectacular view of Cape Town and the area. Lions Head mountain is used for paragliding, where apparently one can glide for about 45 minutes before having to land. See the faint double rainbow?
